Hard Cover Fabric Notebook

The cover of this notebook is made of high quality matboard that is wrapped with book cloth made from upcycled fabric. The inside of the front and back covers are backed with a metalic pink matboard. The book features a closure made using an upcycled button. It is bound with light pink cotton thread using a coptic stitch. The coptic binding allows the book to lay open flat, making it easy to write on every page. The book includes 80 pages of cream colored stationary paper. It holds up well with a variety of dry medium, making this book and excellent journal or sketchbook.

All of my books are handmade from start to finish. I hand cut the paper and boards, make the book cloth, design the embellishments, sew the binding. I love the process of every step, and I love that in the end I've created something that will hopefully go on to be filled with some one else's art, ideas, and memories.
