Geometric Brown Leather Book

Sculpted Geometric Leather Book.

This brown leather book is hand bound with waxed leather cord, using traditional binding techniques. Both front and back covers are sculpted with matching raised geometric designs. The end bands are hand sown with cotton thread. Inside the book contains 80 pages of Canson 140lb 300g Cold Pressed Watercolor paper.

All of my books are handmade from start to finish. I cut the paper, design and create the mosaics, sculpt the reliefs, sew the binding. I love the process of every step, and I love that in the end I've created something that will hopefully go on to be filled with some one else's art, ideas, and memories. I try to make every one of my books unique.
